How it works

From idea to running company,
one sprint at a time

Tell us what you want to build. Your AI founding team handles the software, the launch, and every week of operations that follows.

1

Tell us your idea

A short chat with your AI CEO. What does your app do, who is it for, do users log in, do you charge money? Five minutes and your team has a full brief.

2

Approve the sprint plan

Your AI CEO proposes what gets built this week. You approve it, tweak it, or ask questions. Then your team executes without you lifting a finger.

3

See something real, fast

Core feature ships first. Not a login page -- the actual thing you asked for, clickable, shareable. You give feedback, the team iterates.

4

Your team keeps running

Blog posts, support tickets, invoices, new features -- your AI team handles it every week while you focus on the parts only you can do.

I want to build a CRM for freelancers. Track clients, projects, and invoices.
S
Great idea. To send invoices you'll need payments, email, a login, and a database. I'll set all of that up -- you won't touch a single dev console.
JP
Perfect. Where do we start?
S
Here's Sprint 1:
w1 Client + project tracker, clickable
w1 Invoice builder with PDF export
w1 Shareable preview link
Login, Stripe and email wired up right after. Ready to start?

The dashboard

Everything in one place. No logins to other tools.

Your metrics, automatically wired

MRR from Stripe, signups from your database, support tickets from Gmail. Your agents connect the dots so you see everything in one dashboard, no setup required.

Honest sprint reports, every week

Every update tells you exactly what works, what is stubbed, and what is next. Never "done" when it is not. Real status, always.

You decide how much to delegate

Full autopilot or approve every step -- your call. Change it any time in settings. Your company, your control level.

Why Cofound

Built different

We built Cofound because solo founders deserve a full team, not just a code generator. Every decision -- from pricing to the tech stack -- is designed to get non-technical founders to revenue faster.

Your idea, not a template

Every project starts from a conversation about what you actually want to build. No cookie-cutter output, no forcing your idea into a box.

Honest progress, always

Your team reports what works, what is stubbed, what is next. Never "done" for things that are not done. No spin, ever.

Something real in week 1

Core feature ships first. Not a login page. The actual thing you asked for, working and clickable, in the first sprint.

You stay in control

Full autopilot or step-by-step approvals, adjustable any time. Your agents, your rules, your company.

Zero dev consoles, ever

Your team creates the Vercel account, Stripe setup, DNS records. You never touch a terminal or an API key.

No lock-in

Your code is yours. Your data is yours. Export everything any time. Cofound earns your business every sprint.

Billing, answered

Why every 4 weeks?

Your team works in weekly sprints. Four sprints make one billing cycle, so we bill every 4 weeks instead of on a calendar month. That way every cycle you pay for is exactly four full sprints of work, with no half-weeks and no drift between what you are billed for and what your team ships. It comes out to 13 cycles a year instead of 12, and you always know precisely what you are getting: four sprints, every time.

Q: Why every 4 weeks and not monthly?

A: Your team works in weekly sprints, and four sprints make one cycle. Billing every 4 weeks instead of on a calendar month means every cycle gives you exactly four full sprints of work, with no partial weeks. It is the honest way to price work that happens weekly.

Q: How often am I billed?

A: Every 4 weeks, which is 13 times a year. Your plan price stays the same each cycle. You can cancel any time before the next cycle starts.

Q: How much does Cofound cost?

A: There are three plans, all billed every 4 weeks: Launch at $49, Builder at $99, and Growth at $199. The plans differ by how much work your team ships each sprint, not by which features you are allowed to have. There is no setup fee.

Before you start

The questions people actually ask

Straight answers, including where we are still building. If something below is not true yet, we say so rather than leave it vague.

Q: Do I need to know how to code?

A: No. You describe what you want in plain language, in a chat. Your team handles the parts that normally require a developer: the hosting, the database, the login system, the payments, the domain. You never open a terminal and you never touch a cloud console. If you can write a text message describing your business, you can use this.

Q: Who owns what my team builds?

A: You do. All of it. The code, the copy, the designs, the database, every output your team produces on your behalf. We keep no licence to any of it once your subscription ends, and we make no claim on your product, your company, or your idea. That is written into the terms, not just onto a marketing page.

Q: What if I do not like what gets built?

A: You see the plan before the work happens. Each sprint your AI CEO proposes what to build next and why; you approve it, change it, or ask for something else entirely. Work happens a week at a time on purpose, so the furthest you can ever be pointed in the wrong direction is one sprint, and redirecting costs you a sentence rather than a rebuild.

Q: What happens if I cancel?

A: You cancel from your account settings, yourself, at any time. No call, no retention email, no notice period. Your current cycle finishes and nothing renews. After cancellation we hold your data for thirty days so you have time to take it with you, then it is deleted.

Q: Can I take my work with me when I go?

A: Partly today, and we would rather show you the line than let you find it later. One click exports your full conversation history, your roadmap and your sprint history as a zip, emailed to you. What is not in that zip yet is a one-click download of the project source files themselves. You own that code either way, and the export for it is being built, but today it is not a button you can press. If never being locked in is the thing you care most about, weigh that now rather than after you have paid us.

Q: Is this a template builder with extra steps?

A: No, and the difference shows up in what you are allowed to ask for. A template tool can only build what someone already put in its catalogue, so your product has to bend to fit it. Your team writes real code against your actual idea, which means the odd, specific thing your business genuinely needs is a request rather than a dead end. It is also why the first sprint ships the core feature you asked for instead of a login page.
